Texture should be a thick gel, form upon arrival. Keep your jars stored in the refrigerator. Most flavors have a shelf life of up to 3-4 weeks when stored in proper temperature.
HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?
For Maximum results: Adults take 2-3 tbsp of NuWave Vitality's Sea Moss Gel per day. Preferably your first 2 tbsp should be in the morning when you first wake up or with breakfast. Last tbsp can be taken in the afternoon or before bed.
WHAT SHOULD IT TASTE LIKE?
Sea Moss Gel will taste just like the flavor you chose. If you choose plain, it actually doesn't have a taste so it isn't so bad (similar to a jello or jelly texture just no flavor).
You can scoop and swallow it by itself. or wash it down with a beverage of your choice. Our Sea Moss Gel goes down very smooth.
